canon i350

I have a printer Canon i350 but it doesn't write in black. I changed
cartridge and did the maintenace from the menu, but no way. What
can I do? Thanx in advance.

If it is still under warranty call Canon Tech Support.
Sounds like the printhead has failed and it is covered under the warranty.
If out of warranty they will offer a discount towards purchase of another
printer. You could probably get a new iP3000 for what the i350 printhead
would cost you.
