Canon Easy PhotoPrint has stopped working

Hello,

This software v 3.3.0, bundled with a CP710 sublimation printer, worked OK
for nearly a year, but today I got this message (translated from the
French).

I havn't installed SP1, but obviously can't rule out a stealth update as the
cause.

Canon's site is useless: you have to indicate the model in a greyed-out
cell!

I didn't find a solution on the web for this printer.

Any ideas?

Regards

Thanks.

I searched for that version on the web. There was a hit for the Canon PIXMA
iP6700D, but it found the Selphy CP710 automatically and worked OK.

No doubt you shouldn't complain about duff support for free software, but as
another correspondent has remarked, the Selphy is a bit difficult to use
with general purpose photo packages.

Regards

You need to download and install Canon Easy Photoprint 3.7.0.

If you are using Vista x64, then installing the "Vista Print Driver
Add-On Module" from Canon is also a good idea.
