We received a new Dell PC ( with Windows XP)for the Holidays, Our Printer worked fine on the old one ( windows 98) I have been working on geting the printer set up since the 25th, I have e-maied canon( no response), I have down loaded all the driver updates that they had on the canon web site. I have called Dell, I have down loaded every windows update that was needed, I have checked the cables, The multi pass works fine because I can copy, and fax . it works as long as I don't work thru the PC.I have the little Icon for the desk top manager but it has a big red X, and the warning saysdevice unavailable,, I also get a message Monitr32.exe is not found, and error loading w95inf32.dll, I need detailed sreps ion how to solve this problem. Can anyone help?? Thanks
