Greetings,
This could be a question for a Canon or printer newsgroup, but I couldn't
find one, so I'm posting here.
Win XP with above mentioned printer, printer been fine for a couple of years
until a few days ago, I tried to print a routine document that I have have
printed many times before, and all I got was a bunch of letters and
characters that did not form words at all, just a whole bunch of @@@@[[[[[,
mixed in with letters from the alphabet, and other characters that I dont
know what they are.Even when I tried the nozzle test pattern, it did the
same thing.I bought and installed a new print head, with no help.I have
unplugged the printer and rebooted the comp. no-help.I tried changing the
driver, no help.I have emailed Canon support and am waiting for a
reply.Should I try deleting the printer and reinstalling? What else can I
do?
Any help is appreciated,
Jim
