Hi guys,
My canon BJ printer has recently stopped printing colours - I have tried a
new cartridge, and every test program I can find does not find a problem.

Under a nozzle check I get colours, but in every other situation, the
printer just leaves them out - no error messages or anything - does this
sound like a hardware problem?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Having replaced the BC-21e, I think you've probably done about all you can
given financial economics and the price of new printers. If still no
colors.... think about a nice new printer with a year's guarantee.

The new Canon's are great... especially the ones with the separate ink tanks
(one for each of cyan, magenta and yellow) and more economical to replace
when you use one ink color more than another. The higher in the range also
have two extra cartridges, photo cyan and photo magenta. They give superb
results... and are much faster than your old BJC.
