How do you dismantle the base of a Canon BJ330 printer?

Some paper disappeared into the innermost part under the platen: I
can't retrieve it & the fault lights flash. The top comes off easily
enough, but how do you remove the main works from the base?

Alternatively is a repair manual available please?

TIA

I wish I new it looks very difficult as you say Top comes of easily but
anything else well .... :(

The BJ330 was also supplied to IBM as the 4072 Execjet. I had the
unfortunate experience of owning one quite a few years ago. Only recently
did I discard all the old manuals I'd been hanging on to. The maintenance
and service manual for the 4072 was one of them. As I remember (I may also
be wrong) the printer uses a platen much like a typewriter does. You should
be able to remove the platen and lower feed rolls to get at the paper. I
don't think trying to disassemble the main components from the base will
help much.
