canon 520 no color

I've suddenly lost all color.

I've done all these things to no avail:

Cleaned
Deep cleaned
checked various documents created under various apps

used a different USB port
plugged & unplugged
updated driver
rolled back driver
uninstalled & reinstalled
manually deleted every reference to Canon in registry

uninstalled and reinstalled again

Still no color. Help!

Removed and reseated ink holder assembly?
 
I've suddenly lost all color.

I've done all these things to no avail:

Dab tissue on the bottom of the head a couple times.
If you get colour ink, you know it is either an electronic or software
problem.

Did you try an external cleaning?
 
Press and hold the (the one on the right of your power light)resume button
until it flashes twice .This will do a nozzle check.If no color lines are
printed then you may need a new head or an external cleaning.
