Cann't download my drivers for my digital camera!

Cann't download my drivers for my digital camera because Windows don't have a
signature it saids. I have a Vivicam-v3345 1.3 digital camera, when I got it
I downloaded it drivers and it work fine. I plug camera in with it on, then I
get this massage saiding Found the camera and it knock out my drivers for my
camera and try to download it again, but it don't had micorsoft signture to
download right. HELP!!
 
I can't seem to download anything on my computer, it will save it but can't
run it please help?
