I have SBS2000 on my server and my users cannot access the internet in IE.
When I try to access from my pc I get half of the page but it takes a long
time. If I go to the server I can get to the internet just fine.

Mail, shared folders, everything else works fine.

Is there a service that I need to restart?

Not sure about specific services, but a reboot couldn't hurt. Before you
try that though, does SBS2000 still configure a proxy server for user's
to access the 'net through? I know it did in SBS4 and SBS4.5. I would
expect the proxy could be bypassed on the local server. This would
explain why 'net access from the server is running fine while no one
else is having any luck. Perhaps there is a service related to the
proxy?

Found the problem. Let a user VPN in to net and had one unprotected mach
...... nailed by blaster virus.

All is well now.
