Cannot view pic from Temp Int. Files

When I tried to view image file from
Temporary Internet Files, and chose
cancel to connect (offline), IE replied
"The page cannot be displayed".
Why such response when the
image file is already on my PC?
Anywhere to overcome this?

Try clearing your TIF's:


Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files
