I can't seem to view any images I receive in emails or on the msn
'my
space'
I cant figure out what the problem is, does anyone have any
ideas?
What is your Windows XP Service Pack version?
To find out, Start, Run and enter "winver" without quotes
The option Don was referring to was introduced with Service Pack 2.
Hi Amanda,
First of all with respect to WB and Don you will not find this Option in
either (SP?).
1= Clear your caches and offline Files and cookies, then on the Advanced
Tab
(I'm talking on IE Properties Window) and scroll down under the
MultiMedia
Option;
[ ] Show Pictures Check Box
2= On the Menu Bar click View and Clcik on Encoding you will have
sub-menu
will open, be sure the Option Auto-Select is checked.
3= Do you have Image Accelerator installed by your ISP or other third
Party
Softwares as an Extra Option or Bundle with it such as (AOL, EarthLink,
TopSpeed..etc).
4= Do you have a MCafee Privacy service Runing this can cause this Issue
on
your Browser not displaying Images.
Please try one setp at a time and reboot your machine and see if the
issue
will resolve.
