cannot view files & folders in windows explorer

hi all

I am using a windows 2000 professional computer

my computer got infected by html.redlof.a virus, the same
was cleaned by installing norton antivirus (corporate
edition)

After removing the virus i am not able to viwe file &
folders in the right pane of windows explorer. but if i go
to command prompt i am able to list all my files and
folders.

I want your help in solving this problem

try sfc /scannow from the command prompt to restore missing or corrupted
system files. yau will need your windows 2000 cd.
