cannot view .cgi images

Recently certain images from the internet with a .cgi
suffix are only showing up as small red x's. I used to be
able to see the pictures, but no more. Anyone know how I
can fix this problem?

OK... But I still cannot view them. Any suggestions as to
how to fix the problem?
