Cannot view appointments in shared calendar

I have a client that is trying to view her bosses
calendar. Both are using Outlook 2003 running on Windows
XP Pro. Her boss has given her delegate owner rights to
his calendar. She has went under the "Open additional
Mailboxes" option and put his name in. When she goes to
open up his calendar, his calendar will come up but it is
blank. I removed her rights and re-added them and that
did not work. Is there something corrupted? Why can't
she see his appointments? None of his appointments are
marked private either.

Please help!!!

when she opens the calendar, right click on the calendar
and click on customize current view. click on
the "Fields" button and ensure that the start and end
fields say "start" and "end" ONLY!! (the quotations are
not necessary. I had a similiar problem with a user and
that fixed the problem. She could then see appointments.
 
and make sure that select available fields from drop-down
menu on the bottom right says "frequently used fields"
