cannot view any videos

I cannot view any online/offline videos using Windows
Media Player/RealOne etc but I can hear the sound of the
videos. Is it the codec problem or Java or my internet
connection??

I experienced similar difficulties. It may have something to do with your "acceleration" setting, which should be at "full." Right click on desktop. Click on Properties/Settings/Advanced/Troubleshoot. Then advance acceleration lever all the way to the right.. Good luck.
 
My acceleration setting is at 'full'. but still cannot
view the videos but sound only. Is it my codec problem?
I have Windows Media Player Seris 9 all updated. please
help.
