Cannot use Personal Folder Backup Tool

Hi
I have downloaded and installed the PF Backup tool for Outlook 2002.
From the instructions it says go to File>Backup to run it but there is
no Backup under the File menu. I have tried to reinstall but I get the
message it is currently installed so it seems to be installed OK but I
just can't open it to do my stuff. Any ideas?
