Cannot use Norton Ghost as a Power User

And was given a solution.

Can someone help me with this:

How do I get *Norton Ghost* to work as a Power User?
It always tells me to logon as an
Administrator.

The previous solution was "go to the vendor of the software". Same
solution applies here.
