cannot use import/export

Got Outlook 2003 (german) on win xp wit german language pack.
When going to file->import/export inport/export option is visible, but not
clickable (there is no result clicking on it).

.... I would like to import my .pst, but I cannot.

Simply use File->Open to use your .pst file.

Not working as wel. I can find the fil via File->Open, but when I actualy
open it, nothing happens. Open box dialog closes and thats it.
pst file has 93mb, so its not empty.
Was wondering ... maybe the problem is because pst is from office xp outlook
and my new outlook is 2003? Non-unicode pst? But the strange thing is that a
day or so ago I installed the same Office 2003 on the same computer (just win
xp german, instead of win xp engl with ger language pack) and Import/export
option was visible and I actually used it with the very same pst now I have
troubles. I imported pst with no problems...
Today I aslo tryed to reinstall office and try to import before I update it
with sp. Same problem.

I can confirm difficulty with import export tool, therefore, I have got MO
2003 and tried use import export but button import export is grey out and
there is no way (known to me) how to make it works.

Open Control Panel's Add or Remove programs. Locate Outlook or Office,
select it, and click Change. Select the Add and Remove Features option and
click Next. Expand the "Microsoft Office Outook" list, click "Importers and
Exporters", and choose "Run from My Computer". Click Update.
