Cannot unistall device

W2K Server doesnt allow me unistall nor disable a device.
I've tried through device manager and Add and Remove
Hardware but w/no luck at all. Is there another way to do
so?

Thats a procedure reserved for an account with local administrative rights.
What account are you using to attempt this?
