Cannot uninstall Finjan Software

After installing XP home edition, I got error message on
Finjan Software. When I clicked "ignore" it would not go
away. I tried to uninstall it and it won't uninstall.
Right now, I have a large error message on my screen.
Can anyone tell me how to get this software uninstalled.
