Cannot type in IE6

I have Windows XP, with IE 6.

When I first open up a new browser, everything seems
fine.

Then, after awhile all I find out that I cannot type any
new letters into the URL bar, or into any text boxes the
page may have. Then when I go to close the broser window,
I find that it won't close, no matter how many times I
click on the X.

Can anyone please help? That would be greatly
appreciated!!

Try the following and see if it helps:

Can't type in IE pages

Tell your uncle to try this: In IE, Tools|Internet
Options|General Tab click on Accessibility then uncheck "Format
documents using my style sheet"

Can't type in Internet or OE
