This is a minor annoyance, but I'm a head's-down typist, so it really
irks me when I have to move my hand from the keyboard to my mouse for
something dumb like this:
Internet Explorer will not tab to password fields. I have to click on
the field with my mouse in order to get the cursor there. I can tab to
every other field on the screen, but when a password field is the next
field in the tab order, the cursor just disappears and I cannot key
anything. I can click on the field with my mouse, and type in the
password, then tab to the next field just fine. There's just something
peculiar about password fields.
And this only seems to effect my computer. I can go to the next office
(same hardware, same OS version, same IE version, etc.) and access the
same exact page and I can tab to the password field -- just not on *my*
computer.
Anyone have a clue?
