Cannot submit MSAS Report

Using XP Home Ed; SP2. Desperate for help on why MSAS
desktop icon, Help menu, sub menu "Microsoft AntiSpyware
Help" opens a screen in Windows Movie Maker! MSAS
screen "Submit Report" gives me an IE proxy error that I
cannot find. Please, someone, help me!

where/how to grant permission to access:
MSAntiSpywareMain.exe; gcasDtServ.exe; MSUpdater.exe and
gcasServAlert.exe. Then maybe I could Create and Submit my
MSAS scan report!
