Cannot stop outlook starting when we e-mail this file from windows

PC Upgraded to Windows XP Pro.

When we "E-mail this file" from My Pictures, or select send to -> mail
recipient, the 'Microsoft Outlook Setup Wizard' starts.

Outlook 97 was installe on the system and has now been uninstalled.

Outlook express is set as the default mail client.

How do I get Outlook Express to start when I try to email rom Explorer.

go to control panel - Add or remove programs - select the tab set program
acces and default - go to custom - choose a default email program - select
your email, and select the box "enable acces to this program - out with ok
