Dear sirs,
I had my Windows XP update performed on 17Feb07. Afterwards, when I restart
the PC, I could not get the sign on screed even I tried to run "Safe Mode". I
could see only on the screen with Win XP logo without further motion.
Afterwards, I tried to fix it in accordance with KB310396 (Windows XP logon
screen does not appear and the computer continuously restarts) in the
Recovery Console. What comes worse is that I cannot see even the Window XP
logo now.
(1) Please enlighten me how to solve this problem to get back the sign on
screen.
(2) Or if I install another window in another hard drive, could I get those
folders or files that I made (locked) it private to become shared and back up
to my new hard disc. As I still have the Administrator's password, I believe
these folders and files were saved in level 2 security. Is it possible? These
files are important to me.
Appreciate to have your great help in advance.
Regards
Fiano
