When I try to start the Remote Access Connection Manager I get the following
error:

Could not start the Remote Access Connection Manager service on Local
Computer.
Error 126: The specified module could not be found.

I am using Windows XP Home SP3. I re-istalled SP3, but to no avail.

Any help, please?

Remote Access Connection Manager appear to let people access your PC
for a different PC. Unfortunately, UP Home never was developed to
"receive" Remote Connections requests. You can formally only use
Remote Desktop to connect to a different Windows XP Pro, Vista (??)
and Windows Servers.

Try this:
Check the folder "..\windows\system32", if there isn't a "sens.dll" file
there, copy it from "..\windows\system32\dllcache" or another machine, and
try to start the Remote Access Connection Manager service.
