Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window

Hello,
I am facing above error problam, my system is Windows XP and as I remember I
didn't install any new software, anyways also i tried with Start-> Run;
outlook.exe /resetnavpane but still same message is coming out, any other way
to do ?
 
What version of Outlook?

Does it open in safe mode?

Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe
(note the space between outlook.exe and /safe)

dear orland i try to open with that way again showing same message, my
version is 2007 of OL
 
Try opening Outlook with the /resetnavpane switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /resetnavpane
(note the space between outlook.exe and /resetnavpane)

Then hit enter.
