when trying to open microsoft outlook, I get the following error message> cannot start microsoft office outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. Where can I get live help to help me correct the problem

I went to the control panel and totally uninstalled microsoft office 2003, then re installed it, did not help. What else can I do to correct problem?

Sounds like your pst-file either is corrupt or missing. If you still have a
pst-file run scanpst.exe against it and see if it can be fixed.

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

You can also locate the file by using
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Data Files...

If none is listed there you should add a pst-file.
