Cannot share the calendar over the network

Hello, I need a help on share a calendar from my office xp
over the network. I want to share the calendar for the
other people to view my activities over the network.
According to the Ms document, there is a tab
labeled "Permission" in the calendar property that assign
the name of the user to access the calendar. But when I go
to the property of the calendar there is not tab
labeled "Permission". Does any body know this problem? If
you have another method to share the calendar please let
me know. I need it urgent!
 
You must be running an Exchange server to get the permissions tab.
