Cannot set as Junk Mail?

We've been getting e-mail which is listed in the Inbox with no Subject, who
From, or message. The time and date is listed and when I right click on it
to add it to the Junk E-Mail List all the options in the Junk E-Mail are
greyed out? Under the properties of these messages under the Details tab
there is info there about the message usually showing the
Return-Path:<[email protected]> .. Why is the options for setting the Junk
E-Mail greyed out for these messages? Any other messages the Junk e-mail
filters are available.

Try creating a message rule to catch them, tools>message rules>mail>new>Name
the rule NO TEXT>In the top box select 'where the subject line contains
specific words'> next box choose what you want to do to it, (do not choose
'do not download'), now select 'stop processing more rules'>now click the
blue text and add a, e, i, o, u, one letter at a time in the top line, it
will appear like 'a' or 'e' or etc>then click options>select does NOT
contain>ok your way out.
 
Paul - I get these from time to time also. If you look at the messages
properties, you may find that they are from your own ISP, some of mine were.
They send them for a reason unknown to me. The others bother me too, and I'm
going to try Mac's suggestions . . thanks Mac - IM
 
Just received 6 more of these blank emails, going to definitely try mac's
suggestion!! Thanks mac.
 
It worked,
next question is why am I getting so many of these blank messages all of a
sudden? Just checked the Deleted Box since that's where I told the rule to
send them and there are 8 new ones and the properties details show all
different Return paths from @Viagra.com,[email protected],
(e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), ect.....
very wierd..
