From the BSNL, India broadband connection using Outlook express, able to
receive mail, but not send mail. HOw to configure the outlook express to send

Ask your ISP or mail provider what settings they want you to use and ask
Outlook Express questions in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
