cannot send email

limit reached errror 0x800CCC61 ?? cannot send out it mentioned I reached the limit for the day.. ? how to unlock this limit. sounds ridiculous
 
I also cannot send my email. This is the error message I am getting

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Re: Invoice
7065', Account: 'Mail.CityMax.com', Server: 'outgoing.verizon.net', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '530 5.7.0 No AUTH command has been given.', Port:
587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC78
 
@tlwarfield: Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
Enable the "My server requires authentication" option.
Then click the adjacent "Settings" button. Select "Log on using"
then enter your verizon.net credentials. Click OK.
Try sending.
