I was sending email and then during the same day I was not able to send. I
get the following message no matter who I email. I have tried disabling
email protection from McAfee and unchecking server requires authentication.
I have been using my computer for a year on Windows Mail with no problems.

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Re: You're invited to view my
photos!', Account: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B

So, did you contact your ISP's technical support to ask them why you cannot
send email? That would be step #1.
If they cannot help you, then it's time to post your question in a
discussion group for Vista/Windows Mail. This group is for .NET programming
issues. To find the group you need...

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find and open the Windows Vista subcategory. There, you'll see
the discussion group for Windows Mail. Ask there.
