Cannot send email

I have just attempted to configure Outlook to receive email from msn.com. I
can receive, but I cannot send. I get the message: sending' reported error
(0x8DE00006): the operation failed.

I get the same for the receiving when I click send/receive.

Is your version of Outlook a secret?
Is the type of Hotmail account (HTTP or POP) you defined a secret?
Is the ENTIRE content of the error message a secret?

IF using OL2003/2007
AND
IF using an HTTP account in Outlook
THEN
Are you using the Outlook Connector add-on which provides the Deltasync
protocol support needed for HTTP access to Hotmail accounts?

Or are you using POP to access your Hotmail account?
 
If you get this error message, goto to you Hotmail account via a browser.
Send a new message or reply to something in your inbox box. You will most
likely get this message "You/ve reached the limit for how many messages you
can send in 24 hours......."

Wait 24 hours and retry from outlook.
 
Yes, I am using using the Outlook Connector add-on, I do receive the error
message 0x8DE00006 . How does that prevent me sending to multiple ( 8 or 10)
contacts - with urls, in text or html format? I tried removing http:// and
putting < before and after the url - after "removing the hyperlink". Still no
sending allowed
