CANNOT SEND EMAIL

Hi,
I can't send email. My port was already changed to 587, and my account was
working fine. But beginning June 7 all the mail I try to send stays in
Outbox.

Did you follow all the steps in these instructions for changing your port
number?

Also, click on the Outbox, then each of the messages you find there. If you
find any that displays an error message instead of a message you tried to
send, move it to the Drafts folder or delete it. If it refuses to do
either,
download and install this hotfix, with Windows Mail not running:
