Cannot send email

I have been unable to send email since 8-17, but it is sporatic. Now I
cannot seem to send at all....spent an hour on the phone with Dell, no help.
I have uninstall my McAfee but still no luck - PLEASE HELP!

It would be helpful if you posted any message and coldes.

Meanwhile...

Remove your email account to ensure there's no lingering trace of McAfee.
Reboot.
Recreate your email account.

Check that you have no message in the outbox and if there is clear it
with this utility (follow the instructions)

Then send a message and if it doesn't work post the error message here.
 
Jen,

if you are still experiencing this problem you may want to change your
settings. Tools/accont (select account)/advance. Change the 25 to 587 and
select "My server requires authentication."/apply/close out outlook and
reopen send a test to yourself.

Spriceless, don't assume that one fix fits all sending problems.
Jen's issue is different from yours.
