Cannot Send E-Mail

PUC

I can receive but not send. I have correct info. and set up from my ISP.
Error message says that authentication not supported by server. I am using
HughesNet, Outlook 2007, Vista, and McAfee.

Please post the EXACT test of the error in its entirety. If it contains a
mail adddress, you can mask that, but otherwise don't change it.
