Cannot see ME shared folders from XP machine

I cannot access any of the shared folders on my ME
machine while I am on the XP. ME can access the XP
foders/printer. The firewall on XP is not enabled. I
can see the ME computer name in the workgroup while I am
on XP, but I can do no more. I am logged in on the XP as
an administrator and I use the same name as on ME (even
same case of letters). @sum: while i'm on me, i can
access the xp files; while i'm on xp, i cannot access the
me files.
 
what do you get if using net view \\mename from xp?
