Windows 2000 Server - Windows 2003 Server. I have two domains (GNJPM and
GNMSC) connected via a branch office VPN tunnel. I am having a problem with
these two domains seeing each other.
1. When I try to map a network drive on a system connected to the GNJPM
domain, I cannot see drives on the GNMSC domain.
2. When I try to define a network printer on a system on the GNJPM domain,
I cannot see the GNMSC domain.
3. The converse is true from the GNMSC side.
I used to be able to see both domains from either domain. The VPN is live
as I can type the name of the server in the GNMSC domain (\\MSCSERVER) from
windows explorer and I connect to it. Conversely, I can type the name of the
server in the GNJPM domain (\\HQSERVER) and I connect to it.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO SO THAT THE DOMAINS CAN SEE EACH OTHER, SPECIFICALLY
WHEN TRYING TO MAP A NETWORK DRIVE OR NETWORK PRINTER? Thanks for the help
and God bless.
