Hello, I have a IBM X360 that has Win2K installed It. I promoted it to be a
domain controller on a network that has 6 other servers. I am not able to
see the 360 on the network from anywhere but I can see all the servers for
the 360. I made sure that the 360 has the same services and protocols that
the other servers has. I am pretty new
to this netwok stuff, so please no laughing......lol

And how the DNS on this machine is configured - try to set the DNS
address to some other server in Your network.

Chris,

Do an ipconfig on all of the servers and make sure that everything is
correct.

I would look at DNS, as Tomasz has suggested.

You might also want to install the Support Tools from the Windows 2000
Service Pack CD-Media or the Microsoft Web Site and run dcdiag /v on all of
your Domain Controllers and netdiag /v on all of your servers. This will
give you an overall picture of what is going on in your environment.

HTH,

Cary
