cannot search

when searching for files/folders via start menu an error is returned telling me to insert office 2000 professional which then gets stuck in a loop. This happens every time a search is initiated. [Have just upgraded to XP from ME and have servcie pack 1]

This usually occurs if the shortcut is still there. To resolve this, please
perform clean boot.
