I have a user that is not able to open any .pdf e-mail attachments in Outlook
2003. She is able to open Excel and Word documents. The error that she gets
is:
Cannot save the attachment. Can't create the file: <filename>. Right-click
the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the
shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
I have tried both opening it and saving it to the Desktop, but we receive
the error both ways. Any help is much appreciated.
