Hello,
I have a question i have a problem with one of our clients. Its an Outlook
98 client. all off the sudden it started giving a strange error message"when
im trying to print via the menu. Its a dutch version of outlook 98 so i ll
try to translate it into english:
It says: "cannot save print settings"
For the dutch readers: "Kan afdrukinstellingen niet opslaan"
If i try to print from the preview pane or with the shortcut button on top
of the menu it will print, but if i try to print through the menu (when i
would like to print on a different printer besides my default for example) it
gives this error message.
I tried a lot of things to get it back to work again but so far without any
result, i granted local admin rights to the user, i even totally removed any
policy prohibiting something on the PC. I tried to reinstall the outlook user
profile all without a result.
I didnt try to remove the user profile yet because i only want to do that as
a last resort.
Anyone familiar with this problem?
I hope to hear soon.
With Kind Regards,
Chris
