Cannot save...but now error message

I imported a .wmv file (essentially audio with PowerPoint) successfully and
then edited the file successfully. It is now a 10-minute project file
(.mmwsm).

When I try to save the file onto my computer, it simply keeps ticking up the
number of minutes and no progress is shown on the progress bar. Also, there
are NO error messages. I am using Movie Maker version 2.1.4026.0. Any
insights? Thanks!

If the program does not freeze and there
are no errors...maybe it would be a good
idea to simply...wait.

Hi John,

Actually I did wait quite a long time. I started the save, walked to the
store about 6 blocks away and when I came back the time was still counting up
with the progress bar indicating 0%. I'd say that was at least 30-minutes of
waiting. I've used Movie Maker with 30+ minutes of true video and it never
took that long to register some progress.

Can I assume that if Movie Maker allowed me to imported the .wmv file and
that it allowed me to edit it, that it should save it from a project to a
watchable .wmv file?

When I click on Properties of this file from My Computer, this is listed in
the Comments section of the Summary tab: "Microsoft Office LiveMeeting 2005
Replay. Recorded on Thursday, September 7, 2006 10:07:10 AM PDT"

Let me know if that gives you any more clues? Thanks very much!
