Cannot save a word file to CD

hi folks
So I have this file done and I went to save it to a CD so I could print it at a friends, I go to save, it says this is not a perimeter and I should check my administrator, I don't know where to start. One side note is I actually have a DVD-RW drive.
 
Why don't you just save the file to your hard drive, open up your burning software & drag the file in, then burn your cd :P
