After installing Real One on my XP, I shut the computer
off then restarted it and a blue screen comes up with the
message, "File record segment 34576 is unreadable". I
restart and hit the enter key so this screen will be
skipped and try and defrag and I get this message, "Disk
Defragmneter has detected that chkdsk is scheduled to run
on volume :(C)., Please run Chkdsk /F".

Please what can I do to resolve this problem, I've tried
a restore and I get the same problem.

Thank you

Angie

When your computer starts to boot, keep tapping the F8
key. A little menu will appear allowing you to
select "command prompt". Do that, then type CHKDSK/F
