Cannot run Outlook, get Microsoft server unavailable, shuts off.

Am unable to start Outlook. When it starts it goes through several
configuration steps, then a message comes up: Microsoft Server Unavailable,
and gives three options: Retry, Run offline, Cancel. Retry does not do
anything and neither do the other two options. I have to keep using Outlook
EXpress as my mail program since so far have been unable to open Outlook.

It seems like your Outlook was accidentally configured for an Exchange
Account.
Try the steps in the following link to create a new profile and open Outlook
in the new profile.
