We have a Windows 2000 domain and Windows XP Pro
workstations. There is a old DOS based program that only
prints to LPT1.
When I try to run "net use LPT1: \\printserver\printer1" I
get prompted for a password. This only happens to standard
users. I can run this as an administrator without problem.
Is there a security setting that I can change so standard
users or power users can run the "net use lpt1" command
without error?
Please help.
Thanks.
