I found the program Filemon (www.sysinternals.com ) extremley useful
to set privileges.
When a program is run under a limited account, the error mesaage is
usually "File cannot be openen". The program Filemon can tell me what
file it is, so I can set read or write privileges.
However, under Vista I cannot use Filemon. It says that I need Debug
privileges. So I set Debug privileges using the program secpol.msc. I
log out and log in, and still Filemon says that I need Debug
privileges.
(Perhaps I should call Onesimus and ask him to take another letter to
Filemon.)
