I have had to reinstall Win XP Pro sp2 after a virus infection.
Started from a long format of C:
Win XP installation now seems to be fine.

When I install WordPerfect as administrator it runs normally in the
administrators account but gives "WordPerfect has not been installed
correctly" when run in
restricted accounts. Before the OS reinstall WordPerfect ran fine.

Help appreciated, John.

Promote the accounts, launch WordPerfect so that it can create the user
profiles, then demote the accounts again.

If that doesn't work, contact WordPerfect support.

Or Machinist60 can ask his question in a WordPerfect newsgroup. Find
the newsgroup for your version of WordPerfect in the server
cnews.corel.com.

Thanks guys, I tried promoting the accounts and reinstalling WordPerfect but
it did not help. I'll pursue the question on cnews.corel.com as suggested.
John.
